Feedback for BERTEIG's Accredited Kanban Trainers®

“Provided a great understanding of Kanban and cleared up a lot of misunderstandings.”
— Scrum Master – June 2018

“The slides are heavy. The game is great on day 1, but day 2 could be more engaging somehow. I can't say exactly -- but experiment with handouts, or different instructions to set up the STATIK steps, etc. Also, the 'average' rating above is more about the curriculum than about James. James is a natural and is excellent. I have no doubt he'll become known as one of the best AKTs.”
— Trainer and Consultant – June 2018

“The best Berteig course I've taken so far. James is a great instructor and his passion for Kanban shines through.”
— Scrum Master – June 2018

“James and Travis exceeded my expectations and took the time to ensure concepts were understood by all.”
— Project Manager – June 2018

“James was a very good facilitator. although the time was short he made sure to answer as many questions as he could in addition to covering off parking lot items.”

“The KSD course was instrumental in bringing all concepts and practices together in a comprehensive method. The course filled gaps in my understanding of what a system is and how to map workflows in order to understand and then improve a current system.”

“Travis is a very methodical instructor who takes the time to understand his students and delivers the content at the pre use level required.”
— Software Development Manager - March 2018
