  1. The CSD course is either:
    • 5-Days: Including instruction related to Scrum and Agile Engineering Practices which leads directly to the Certified Scrum Developer® designation by Scrum Alliance®.
    • Or 3-Days: Including instruction related only to Agile Engineering Practices. To achieve the Certified Scrum Developer® designation with Scrum Alliance®, participants must also demonstrate that they have 2-Days of general Scrum instruction (either before or after the 3-Day CSD course) such as CSM or CSPO training.
    Be sure to check the schedule below whether the courses are 3 or 5 days.

Mike is a coach and trainer who helps software teams improve the way they work. He's been writing code for over thirty years and has been an active member of the Agile community for the last fifteen. He blends his strong technical background with a deep understanding of Agile and Lean methods to help teams consistently improve how they deliver value to their customers.

Bill Fairfield has been training and coaching software development for over 25 years. In that time, he has taught well over 20,000 students. Working at a large manufacturing corporation, a defense contractor, and a startup company. Bill worked his way up the corporate ladder from an engineer to a program manager. In his spare time, you can find Bill hiking with his two dogs, Monster and Zeus.

All attendees receive as many decks of Estimation Cards as they want! You're guaranteed at least 1 deck but the instructor often brings extra. Each deck includes four sets, therefore most Scrum teams need 2 or 3 decks. Feel free to ask for as many decks as you need.

All attendees receive a free electronic copy of Mishkin Berteig's book "Agile Advice". In addition, everyone gets 1 other book of their choice from our list of recommended reading. You will choose a book at the end of the course. We offer free books because we encourage continuous learning!
