Through simulations and discussion over 3 days, this continuing education class will provide practical experience on industry recognized techniques and practices for working in an Agile environment. After this course, you will know:
- How to confidently take the PMI-ACP™ exam
- About the different types of frameworks used under the Agile umbrella
- How to speak confidently about the benefits of Agile
- How to create an Agile work environment
- Techniques to prioritize the backlog of work for your team

- How to begin coaching Agile teams.
- Key terminology and expectations associated with Agile projects.
- How to empower Agile teams
NOTE: In order to focus on thePMI-ACP™ and the exam, delving deep into specific Agile frameworks and the mindset shift that comes with it is out of scope for this workshop. It is recommended that attendees be familiar with some Agile practices and the Agile manifesto before attending this workshop.
